Online Shopping Returns/Refund Policy
The Fun Shop endeavours to accurately display all our products online, if you have received a product which is different or faulty to the product displayed online we will collect the item from you and will make a reasonable effort to exchange the product. If replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price of the product.
If the product has been displayed accurately and you no longer want the product once you have received it, you may return it at your own cost within 7 days, and we will gladly exchange it for you. Products will only be exchanged if they are unused and in their original packaging.
For Refunds on products no longer wanted or needed the following handling / restocking fee applies:
Up to 2 days of purchase – no handling / restocking fee applies
2 – 7 days after purchase – 5% handling / restocking fee applies
From 7 days to 30 days after date of purchase – 10% handing fee applies
(We accept the return of products only within a maximum period of 30 Days from date of purchase provided they have not be used or played with and are in the original packaging. The amount paid for the items shall be refunded in the same manner as it was originally paid)
Please note that depending on your bank, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the amount to reflect on your account.
Restrictions:
All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Those items not in pristine condition will be discarded with no exchange or refund applied.
All original packaging must accompany your exchange or return (including hair net, tags, tissue paper, and inserts).
Unwanted Loose Balloons can unfortunately not be exchanged or returned.
Wig accessories (such as wig liners, foam heads, and color rings) are Final Sale and CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
The Fun Shop takes care to pack all orders carefully and to minimize damages as much as possible, if on the rare occasion that a product is damaged in transit please contact us to arrange a replacement of the product. In the event where the package was packed securely and labeled to be fragile - please take up the courier charges and value of the original product with the courier company chosen. The Fun Shop cannot be held responsible in the event where the products were packed securely and arrived damaged.
